Orders

Two ways to order. A reserve order charges nothing and is an offer to purchase; a contract forms when we confirm your allocation by email. Stripe checkout charges immediately, and a contract forms when we confirm the order after payment — if we cannot fulfil it, we refund in full without deduction. Devices are allocated in order of request and we may decline any order before it is confirmed.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling, per item chosen. Secure checkout is handled by Stripe. Card and PayPal are available where supported. Klarna and Afterpay/Clearpay are enabled on handset kits and the £800 Router; each appears only where Stripe and the finance provider find the buyer and order eligible. Finance is subject to provider approval, and checkout methods can vary by customer, country and device. Payment can instead be arranged at confirmation by crypto (BTC, XMR or ETH) or bank transfer against an invoice from Pharoah Technology Ltd. The optional six-month prepaid roaming eSIM for handsets and physical SIM for handsets or routers each cover 160+ countries and start at £250 for the basic data plan; higher-data plans cost more and the final price is confirmed before payment.

Your right to cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

If you buy as a consumer, you may cancel without giving any reason:

• Hardware (kits and routers): tell us any time up to 14 days after the day you receive the device, then return it within 14 days of telling us. We refund the full price including standard delivery within 14 days of receiving the device back (or proof of return), to the payment method you used. You pay the direct cost of returning it unless the item is faulty. We may reduce the refund for value lost through handling beyond what a shop would allow.
• Service (recharges, GhostMail mailbox add-ons and the included service term): cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. If you asked us to start the service within those 14 days, we may deduct a proportionate amount for service already supplied; once your term has been fully delivered, the right to cancel it ends.

To cancel, email info@pharoahtechnology.co.uk with your order reference and a clear statement that you cancel — the sentence “I hereby give notice that I cancel my contract of sale of order [reference]” is enough. Returned devices are factory-reset on receipt; nothing on them is read or recovered.

Faulty goods

The Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies: goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

Service

The kit includes six months of GhostWire service: relay service, security updates and the Shield suite. Any optional prepaid handset eSIM or physical SIM is a separate six-month plan and is not included in the kit or the £750 GhostWire recharge. Service is provided for lawful use; we may suspend service where the law requires it.

Delivery

Worldwide. Dispatch within 24 hours of confirmed payment; delivery times then depend on the destination. In-person handover can be arranged.

Devices

Hardware is supplied provisioned and relocked. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected. GrapheneOS is an independent open-source project; GhostWire is not affiliated with or endorsed by it.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you may additionally rely on any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
